Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Suspends Hemodialysis Services For Maintenance Purposes

The Cape Coast Teaching Hospital has made an announcement regarding the temporary suspension of hemodialysis services at its facility.

The decision was made to facilitate maintenance work, ensuring that services provided are of the highest quality. The details were shared in a press release signed by the Public Relations Officer, Fred Nyankah.

In the statement, the hospital expressed their respect for their valued clients and the general public, informing them of the temporary halt in haemodialysis services.

The action, according to the release was deemed necessary due to quality issues encountered during the hospital’s routine operations last week.

Additionally, the hospital acknowledged the crucial need for the service in their area and the challenges the suspension may present to clients and the community, expressing sincere regret for the interruption of services.

The hospital, however affirmed its dedication to expediting the resumption of services, aiming for a swift return possibly before the upcoming week concludes.
