Atwima Nwabiagya South Parliamentary Candidate, Shirley
Kyei Celebrates Workers On May Day.
The 2024 Parliamentary candidate for the NPP in Atwima Nwabiagya South, Madam Shirley Kyei joined the workers and Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Michael Amoah Awuku to celebrate May Day at the Tweneboa Kodua Park in Abuakwa.
The event, which was well attended by various trade unions and associations within the constituency, was organized to celebrate the gallant workers within the district and the entire country.
Shirley Kyei used the opportunity to introduce herself to the workers and also commended them for their sacrifices. She emphasized that but for the efforts of workers, there would not be anything to call an economy. She also appealed to them to consider the good works of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December general elections.
On his part, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Michael Amoah Awuku, commended the labour groups and thanked them for their continuous support to the community and country. He appealed to them to continue having faith in the NPP administration and the party.
Other dignitaries present were the executives of the Labour Unions and associate groups, the Constituency Chairman, Mr. Stephen Boateng among others. Also in attendance was the Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress.
